THE PRIMARY PHASE PRINCIPLE is one made show by the name of Eric St-Onge which is based out of Winnipeg, Canada, Throughout the years he played guitar and began to write his own music in which he , also, produced. He later received a Computer Engineering Degree and took a 12 year hiatus and took up Instrumental electronic music and post industrial music.
He has been greatly inspired by Nine Inch Nails, Tangerine Dream and a few sci-fi stories. This 6 song was Produced and Mixed by Eric St-Onge and Mastered by James Sitar.
UNEARTHING THE CORE kicks off this album with an airy sound as the sound of a hammer is pounding down on you. The heavy overtones will be getting you prepared for more to come...welcome to the dark side. THE UNHEEDED PROPHET has an unstoppable vibe that will have you thinking what type of journey am I going on? I must admit, this song would be great to hear in the soundtrack of a Sci-Fi movie and would fit in perfectly. Pretty cool.
DEATH OF THE MACHINE is a very uptempo song that has some great solid beats in the intro. The song slowly transforms into something totally different as it goes on. Very interesting. A BLEAK SORT OF HOPE brings this very interesting album to an end with a solid, non -stop beat as the melody is nice to hear.
I admit, the melody is very strong in the song and mind blowing at some point. I must admit, this album stands out from others I heard that does this type of music. Very impressive.
