STYROPHONE is a five piece rock band that hails from the mountains of Falkoping, Sweden.This is their very first musical outing as a band and this is their first 3 songs E.P. they have ever released.
The band is: TOBIAS FORS-Lead vocals, organ; PETRI SARVANNE-Guitar, backing vocals; TOMMY KOLLNER-Guitar, backing vocals; ANDREAS SUNDH-Bass and ANDERS BRISSMAN-Drums, percussion and backing vocals.
The E.P. was Produced and Mixed by Styrophone and Mixed by Henrick Studio Vinden and Mikko Viitala and Mastered by Magus Lindberg and Plec Nordic Sound Lab.
FUZZ IN THE NIGHT has a great intro and the guitar strumming might sound familiar a bit and the song takes off in a different direction.The harmonies are quite amazing as the lyrics are suprestrong. The song is rather short, but it showcases all the abilities that this band has.
OWE ME is laid back a bit in the intro and then BAM, they lay their smack down on you. This is quite a standout in so many ways and surely needs attention that is willing to listen to them. This song has many great levels. Check this song out.
TAKE ME AWAY brings this EP to an end with their amazing power pop feel as they own their own sound. This is going to be a band to be reckoned with in the very near future.
