RYAN BLACKWOOD is a folk guitarist that hails from Chippewa, Pa. He writes songs about the ups and downs in life, but tries to keep it always on the positive side. He does have quite a unique voice that you don't hear everyday, which I find really interesting.

A true, but sad story in a lot of small towns.
REIGNITE has a laid back feel as the slow rhythm of his guitar flows back and forth. Check out the lyrics. DARK CANYON has a very interesting story. This song has a sweet, swaying beat to it that is nice and upbeat. LOOK'S DON'T MAKE A MAN reminds me a bit of a Neil Young song with clever lyrics and a dose of reality to the lyrics. Check it out.
TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY which brings this CD to an end. The song is structured as most of his songs are, but the lyrics always have you thinking. This song is one that many can relate to.
