MY HAUNTED PAST is a five piece band that hails from Long Island in N.Y. The name of the band evolves one of the band members about dealing with troubles and issues he dealt with in the past. The band was formed in 2020 and they have been going strong ever since.
The band members are: Michael Deyhle-Vocals; Sean Smith[Lead/rhythm guitar; Chris Wolfson-Lead/rhythm guitar; Joe Magri-Bass and Jon Seymour-Drums. This 7 song CD was Recorded and Produced by Mick James.
GIVE 'EM HELL kicks off this CD and from the very first note this band is your face. I feel they have a bit of a punkish feel to them too. The vocals have a familiar tone to it with a sound you might have heard before. This song really shows off their wares and then some. Crank it way up!
SUMMER KISS has a bit of a different feel to it, as the drum prounds away at you. This song seems to have a bit of a ritual favor to it. I really find this song quite interesting. The lead guitar work will blow you away. Impressive. STOP MY TEARS is like a love song with the beat and the super sweet melody. This song is really nice compared to their heavy metal sound. This is super great and will get your attention fast. I love it.
VICTIM OF LOVE is their version of The Eagles song with a heavy metal tone which is really interesting. The song is done really well and they hold their own throughout the song. Nice and job well done. GUNFIGHTER brings this CD to an end. This song is straight heavy metal in your face. I must admit, the lead singer sounds alot like the lead singer of IRON MAIDEN, which should give you a thrill, plus, the lead guitarists will really blow away.I want to THANK THE BAND for being in touch.
