KATE TAYLOR: WHAT WAIT!

KATE TAYLOR really doesn't need any introduction to anyone. She comes from the musical family of Taylor's which are very well known. They are Alex, James, Livingston and Hugh.

This CD/Album is 50 years in the making since Kate Taylor and producer Peter Asher reunited  after her first album, SISTER KATE. This 14 song CD was produced by Peter Asher and was mixed and mastered by Nathaniel Kunkel.

The amazing studio musicians that played on CD/Vinyl are: Russ Kunkel, Danny Kortchmar, Albert Lee, Jeff Alan Ross, Leland Sklar and Wally Wachtel, plus, Liz Witham, Aretha Taylor, and the Ukeladies: Kate, plus, Laurie David, Joanne Ashe, Amy Irving and Judy Belushi.

The CD/ALBUM kicks off with The Beatles song, GOOD DAY SUNSHINE, which  is a superb rendition with her baring her soul with her laid back feel.HE has a great bluesy touch with her soulful voice which will carry you away and hit home with you. The lyrics are amazing.

I WILL FOLLOW reminds me a bit of a Carol King song with the excellent piano work and great lyrics once again. TELL HIM is the 50's song by The Exciters which she does more than an exceptional on and you'll be cranking up the stereo on this one.

THE GLORY OF LOVE has a great intro by Peter Asher as the both sing harmonies on the song. You'll, definitely, fall in love with this song. DON'T KNOCK will take you into a church revival  with  your hands waving in the air and having the spirit fill your soul with love and peace. This song is a must to hear.

BEAMS OF THE QUEEN ends this amazing CD/Album which will have you filled with so much love, peace and joy. I want to personally give a  SHOUT OUT TO KATE TAYLOR for being in touch with me throughout the years. Also, each CD/Album is autographed by Kate and Peter.
