This 2000 12 song CD was Produced and Mixed by Darrell M. Mc Clanahan and Mastered by Tom Baker. They have the opportunity to be opening acts for the Goo Goo Dolls and The Donnas that aired on VH1. I had a chance to see and meet the band at the MMC in Harrisburg, Pa years and years ago.
They were, definitely, a high energy act and really knew how to show off their wares. The CD starts out with a song titled, MY OWN LITTLE WORLD with all the hooks at all the right places. The lyrics are as clear as day as he sings it with a lot of conviction.
DON'T YOU is a rough cut with a solid, backbone beat that feels like bullets are flying everywhere. They will drill this song into your head. ACT ONE is a laid back song that brings out the best in the band. This song could make tears run down your face and he harmonies are great, too. FROZEN reminds me of a song by Matchbox Twenty with the same type of upbeat riff and incredible vocals.
You'll want to replay this song over and over again. THE BUDWEISER CARDBOARD GIRL is a real treat. The song is choppy with a solid rock and roll beat. The bass and the drums are a real stand out on this CD. This song is MUST to hear.
COMPLICATION ends this magnificent CD with only an acoustic guitar and harmonies that are very heartfelt and you'll be wanting to hear more.
