Time to meet a band that hails from Russia named, Julian’s Lullaby. They are a metal rock band with favors of acoustic-folk rock and a dose of symphonic, neo-classical music. The band line-up is: ANNA LULLABY-Vocals; GEORGE SADDLER-Vocals, Bass, Lyrics and Melodies and ELIAS-Guitars, Arrangements; STUDIO MUSICIANS: ANTRE PARAS-Guitars: ARGYRIS PARASKEVAS-Violin: ANNA SPANOGIORGOU-Lyrics and CHARIS KAMBITSIS-Drums.
The band many changes throughout the years, but their mission is still the same. The 10 song CD will have you begging asking for more. ANGEL’S EAST kicks off the CD with a nice, sweet classical taste and then they kick into their hard, metal rock favor. They have real nice classical interludes within the song.
DEATH ANGEL will take you on another journey that is deep into their realm. You’ll be attracted to them as they get into your head. EYES OF GREY is sweet and laid back for the intro and then the heavy metal guitars sneak in. I must admit, I can hear a does of Alice Copper within the song. This song is a must to hear.
RISONER OF EMOTIONS will make you think you are at some type of ritual as their song starts out. They , definitely, want to bring you to your knees. You will have this song in your heads for days.
SINGLE THOUGHT brings this CD to a end. The melody is quite different compared to all the other songs. There is no doubt, you’ll love this song.
