JOSE'S BAD DAY is a side project for guitarist/vocalist Tim Reece who plays in a full time band called 40 Proof. The band is located in Oceanside, California. The band consists of friends, family members, his son on drums and other friends.

JUST GOOD FRIENDs starts off this 12 song with a melody and sweet lyrics. I must admit, it really is a great pop song. The hooks are flying everywhere. SO PRETTY I LIE is a super pop song with some of the best lyrics I have heard in a long time. Check this one out.
NOT TO MUCH TO WRITE HOME ABOUT is a sweet , laid back song with the cello being quite a stand out in the song. Once again, the lyrics will hit home with you. This song is quite a gem. PUT DOWN THE BOTTLE [AND PICK UP ON THE PHONE] brings the band to a whole new level with a clever beat and epic vocals by all. This song is a true classic and could easily become a 'hit song'.
SAY ANYTHING has a bit of a 10cc favor with it's strong reggae like beat. The melody is one that could stay in your head for days. I love it. DRINK THE WATER has a country feel to it which is nice to hear and I feel there's nothing this band can't play, which says a lot. THANK YOU TIM REECE for being in touch.
