JACKSON MONSOUR- July 5th

JACKSON MONSOUR hails from Bedford, Pa and is known for more than his musical talent. He owns a family farm and raises lamb that are grass fed and sells them for your dinner plate.

He, also, has 17 rental units in downtown Historic Bedford just waiting for anyone to reside. As far as being a musician, this is his third CD release.

The musicians that played on this 13 song 2007 release are: JACKSON MONSOUR: Vocals, guitars, porchboard; KEVIN KUTZ:Fiddle; JERRY MILLER:Lead guitar and KENNY FETTERMAN-Drums.

This CD was Recorded and Mixed at Raintree Studios. LEADER starts off this CD in quite an interesting way. The intro has true Indian vocals starting it off as Jackson sings an interlude between the Indian vocals. Also, it seems as if it carries an Irish melody, which might throw you off a bit.

CRIMINALLY INSANE is about date night and how things went for him. I must admit, someone should have warned him about her. This song is comical in so many ways. This song will give a great laugh, to say the least.

COCONUT is a Reggae type song that is a must to hear. He seems to be singing about someone whom he loves very much throughout the song. The melody will easily be driven into your head.

BLIND EYES is a tale of having a laid back day and seeing a change in someone's eyes. You know the reason why this person changed and it's all a matter of love and trust.

EMPTY HOUSES is quite an emotional song about someone they went to war with and never came back, leaving their house empty. As time goes by, the house seems to have better days and falls apart as years go by.

JULY 5TH is about the people that went to war for us and don't trust the politicians. Also, the true patriots would rather celebrate at another time. You have to check out this song for yourself.

LAY ME DOWN is an epic song in which he bears his heart and soul to anyone that is listening. The lyrics will really hit home with any religious person as he sings about the Lord. You can picture people in a circle singing this song,. clapping their hands, praising the Lord
