FRANK PORTER has quite a story to tell. He started playing in Lake Placid, NY and settled in the Lehigh Valley. He is an acoustic/electric and bass guitar player and released various albums throughout the years.
He played CBGB's,Godfrey Daniels,Mayfair,The Roxy Theater and very numerous venues.On this 11 song CD, he Produced, Mixed and Mastered by himself, which took him 43 years to release.
NOCKAMIXON NIGHTS starts off this CD with some very fancy guitar playing which is quite nice to hear. Turn it up loud for the true effect. This is a great intro song.
HOT NIGHT IN JUNE is quite funky with a great rhythm. I must admit, I love how he shows off his great lead guitar playing in this song. WOW! I'm impressed with this song. Great job.
BEARCLUB ROAD BONFIRE was recorded live within a radio studio which is really cool.I love the rawness of the song and how loud and clear it sounds. This one is quite a gem!
IRISH PANSY PICKER is quite interesting as the tone of his guitar has a different feel. The melody is great to hear,So sweet to hear! BLUES JAM IN A he gives it his all. You can really get into the rhythm and beat of the song in no time.
SPIRIT OF THE LED STARSHIP has a great drum backbeat, as Frank gets into and wants to take you away with him. This is quite a super impressive song, and he proves that Rock 'n' Roll will never die.
