FINSTER is a 4 piece rock that band that hails from State College, Pa and just reunited after a 22 year hiatus. The band consists of: KATE CERVINO-Vocals, guitar; SKY DARWIN-Bass, vocals; DOUG WHITTAKER-Guitar, vocals and MATT ZELENZ-Drums. This 11 song CD was produced and recorded by Chris Younken and mastered by David Glasser. JOE & ASMOKE starts off the CD with a nice, sweet melody and really shows off the tightness of the band. ROCKABILLY really shows off Kate's great vocals as the band slips in playing rock and roll as it played. This one will perk up your ears. WALKING SONG has a great drum intro and has a sweet jazzy beat to it and the band plays circles around Kate's vocals. I really like this one a lot. TOO MANY GHOSTS takes the band into a all new direction as the song has a Latin increscenso feel to it mixed with a small dose of rock and roll. I must admit, this song is quite a treat. MR. MONOPOLY is sweet as Kate's vocals stand out as the band is weaving circles around her voice. The band is super tight as ever. LAND OF NO TOMORROW is a funky song that will make you want to get up and dance. This song was played in Mandles Eyes. BETRAYED ends this CD that will surely take you into spaceland.
