BOB AUGUSTINE aka FOLK INDIE BOb is acoustic guitarist/singer that hails from Pittsburgh, Pa. Over the years he has opened for folk events, poetry readings and other musical events.
He, also, has an accompanist by the name of Mike Hickman every once in a while. Mike added all the instrumentation on his guitar and vocals. CANDYWRAPPER kicks off his music which has a very sweet melody and groove to it. Listen closely to the lyrics, you'll sure love it. There is no doubt, this song will easily stay in your head. FALL IS HERE...is a supercool song as he's singing outside at a campfire in the city. The melody is great as the lyrics are supercool. Check it out. SMILE FOR PEACE has Folk Indie Bob singing at a stream as he's singing and playing his heart out to you. Listen too close to the melody as it's so laid back as his vocals just flow along in this song. Great, to say the least.
HOPE FOR A BETTER LIFE is a great live song which really shows all the goods he has. I must admit, the melody does sound a bit familiar, but the song is still great. He really holds his own throughout the song. Definitely, check this song out. DROPPED OFF DOG is really quite a gem. You know when you have a title like this that song must have some great lyrics. I must admit, it's a pretty cool song as only Folk Indie Bob could do it. I love it.
NEIGHBORS really makes a statement with a sweet laid back song as you listen close to his lyrics. The melody is really laid back, which fits well into the song. So, so sweet.
