WAITING ON A TRAIN starts off this album with a superb song with excellent harmonies that are quite outstanding. The melody and lyrics are the best ever as this song has super great hooks throughout the song. This song deserves major airplay and more! Very impressive.
SOLITAIRE WALTZ is a super laid back , bluesy type song which will have you swaying back and forth throughout this song. There is no doubt you'll fall in love with this song, too. So, so sweet.
THE COMMANDER brings this band to a different level as the vocals are a major standout in the song as she sings the story about The Commander. Very interesting.
SOMETHING ABOUT YOU has a bit of a jazzy taste to it, which is great to hear. The beat is perfect as their vocals weave in and out of the best. So very cool.
SHACK OUT THE BACK reminds me a bit of The Manhattan Transfer with this be-bop sound and vibe they have in this song. This song has an early '40's type feel which you rarely hear anymore. WOW! is all I can say.
SARA [explicit language] is a very interesting song about a girl and the trials and tribulations of life as she tries to make it on own. Listen close to this song. CITY KIDS is another supercool song as the harmonies are so sweet once again as it has a folk rockish type of feel. Check out those lyrics.
STARTING OVER brings this amazing album to an end with a very laid back song as the lyrics are superb once again as this ends the journey they took you on. What an excellent and flawless album.
