ALWV OSHG is a native American artist, singer, songwriter from the Lumbee and Coharie tribes of North Carolina that resides in Kentucky. Alwv works in several artistic mediums which includes music, writing, visual arts and language construction.

On this 12 song album you'll hear the acoustic/electric guitar, bass guitar, dulcimer, keyboards, ukulele and drums. All the music was Produced ,Mixed and Mastered by him.

WHICH POWER LINE LEADS ME HOME kicks off this CD with amazing lyrics and a melody that will want to hear more. The vocals are quite interesting as if they are whispering in your ear. I love it.

ALL THE EARTH HAS DIED has some really great pickin' as the vocals shine through. The lyrics say it all when you listen closely. THE END OF THE WORLD has a steady, choppy beat as the lyrics are loud and clear. This song is very interesting in many ways.

TO BE LOVED has a great intro as the music is quite different on this one as you must listen closely to the lyrics. This song cries out to you. ONLY A MAN is pretty cool as the ukulele is used throughout the song as the vocals seem to be overdubbed to grab your attention.

IN LOVE WE TRUST brings this album to an end. I must admit, this is definitely quite a different album which is quite enjoyable to hear. I liked it and I hope more people will give it a listen. You can find Alwv Oshig on: Bandcamp. ROCK ON, JIM ALLFORD [STEEL NOTES MAGAZINE.]

  1. Thank you so much, Jim!
  2. ALWV has been a friend of mine for years and seeing his talent acknowledged and RIGHTLY praised is vicariously gratifying. I'm so proud of him! I don't say this only as a friend, however, but as a professional collaborator as well - having used his work in some of my own projects. If you haven't heard his track Zombie Queen (https://gohst.bandcamp.com/track/zombie-queen) it's a good time and my personal favourite. -AP
