DECEMBER FRIEND is quite an interesting three piece band that hails from Minneapolis and Brooklyn, N.Y. The band was born during the Covid-19 pandemic and was recorded on the home studio's in N.Y. and Minneapolis. I hope you're ready for a ride of a lifetime.

JUST BEGINNING kicks off this album with a very upbeat guitar sound/keyboard riff that goes throughout the song. The song flows along great as it never loses beat. There is no doubt, this song could grow on it. Nice. ALL THE LOVERS DISAPPEAR reminds me of a Mott The Hoople type vibe to it from their earlier music.I really love the psychedelic type vibe the band send off in this song. You rarely hear songs like this anymore. Epic song.
EVEN WHEN THE NIGHT TURNS BLUE is really quite a surprise which gives off a Harry Nilsson type vibe, especially during the intro. I love how bouncy and uptempo and off the wall this song is. Come on and sing along. I love it. FACE IN A FRAME is another cool song with a psychedelic vibe to it. I must admit, the band showed that they loved The Beatles a lot just by their songwriting and how they come across in each song.Get ready for a super trip that you'll fall in love with.
EVERYONE'S YOUR CHILD reminds a bit of a Moody Blues type vibe as the song just flows along so easily as the lyrics fill your head. The melody is quite a charm too. I love it. NO FADEOUT brings this excellent album to an end. This album is totally flawless from the very first note. The vocals and music fit together perfectly throughout this album.
