SPECIAL FRIEND ONE kicks with a song titled, I DON'T WANT TO FIT IN, with a very strong trumpet riff with a kind of jazzy taste to it. The melody and lyrics are superb in this song as her voices are spot on as she weaves through the jazzy taste in this song. I love it.
THE KEROUAC WAY is a super song that tells her story which she sounds as if she is whispering to you at times. The melody and lyrics are great to hear in this song. A Must to hear. TRY is a super laid back song as her voice is quite a highlight to hear throughout this song. I must admit, it reminds me a bit of Joni Mitchell type of song. WOW! Is all I can say.
SPECIAL FRIEND TWO kicks off with a song titled, EVEN which really highlights her vocals once again which are so sweet to hear. The melody will , definity, get in your head. Nice. MEMORY once again is a sweet laid back song in which she sounds as if she is whispering to you, to get your attention. The lyrics are outstanding in this song as per the melody has a great flow, too.
BLIND TO THE BITTERNESS brings these amazing EP's to an end. This song has a Melanie type of feel which is always great to hear. I highly recommend checking her music out, she is quite a 'hidden gem'. I'd like to THANK FEEF for being in touch. You can find her at: Bandcamp, Facebook, Deezer, Pandora, Apple Music, You tube and other sites. ROCK ON, JIM ALLFORD [STEEL NOTES MAGAZINE.]
