NICK JUNO: TROUBLED WITH THE EARTH

NICK JUNO is an singer/acoustic guitarist that hails from Milford, Michigan. He has quite a few musical hero's that include Bob Dylan,Woody Guthrie, Phil Oches and others.

He enjoys the coffee house scene where he can tell his stories no matter how obscure they may sound and sing about things that people barely notice. This 7 song album was Recorded, Enginneerd, Mixed and Mastered at Rancho Recordo Records by Marc Jacob Hudson.

He, also, has released a single titled, Leonard Peltier Is Still Serving Time, with he recorded himself on vocals/acoustic guitar at Third Monk Records and then Recorded, Mixed, Engineered and Mastered by Jeff Robinson.

NOTHING NEW kicks off this album and the song is fast paced and high energy all through the song. The lyrics are great as I'm sure you could relate to them and the melody is super catchy. I must admit, he reminds me a bit of Jaime Brockett. Sweet.

DEAF SMITH COUNTRY BLUES is a supercool song with a great country feel as the pace is once again on high speed. This song could have you singing along with him in no time. This song will surely make you smile and more. Check it out.

TAKE IT BACK is another high energy high song with a hard driving melody as the lyrics might make you think a bit about things. Listen really close to the lyrics and he once again is telling a story about someone he might know. Great song.

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WALKING 1-5 BLUES is superb with a true '60's feel with his guitar playing and vocals. I must admit, this song would make Robert Johnson smile. There is no doubt, you can really get into this song. Crank it up. I love it.

LEONARD PELTIER IS STILL SERVING TIME is another gem that is worth listening to. The story is great as he tells what is happening to Leonard. The lyrics are really great as the melody just flows along. What a great album and then some. I'd like to THANK NICK for being in touch. You can find him at: You tube, Pandora, Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, Soundcloud, Reverbnation and other sites. ROCK ON, JIM ALLFORD [STEEL NOTES MAGAZINE.]
