THE CRAIG SAILER PROJECT is a five piece band that hails from Clinton, NJ. Craig has played in various bands throughout the years and in 2012 he formed The Craig Sailer Project. The band's music is considered old school rock and roll, classic rock, blues and the list goes on and on.
The band members are: Craig Sailer:Vocals, guitar; Ed Carpemito-Vocals, guitar; Phil Brandt-Vocals, guitar; Matt Buza-Vocals, bass and Mike Hansen-Drums. All of the band's music was Mixed, Produced by Craig Sailer and Mixed and Mastered by Intimacy Records on this 8 song album. The band was recently signed to Intimacy Records which is based out of the United Kingdom.
JUST AIN'T RIGHT kicks off this review which is a super rock song with that good old rock and roll feel. The melody sounds a bit familiar as the lyrics are as strong as ever. This song will surely grow on you. FRIEND LIKE YOU he tells a story that makes him reflect on what happened to him. Their lyrics surely make a statement as the melody is as strong as ever. Supercool song.
NOW YOU'RE GONE is another sweet song with a melody that you might have heard of before. The harmonies are quite amazing on this song. The lyrics once again are super strong as this is a great song to sing along with. NEW WORLD VIEW has a bluesy funk beat that will have you rockin' as the guitar playing will blow you away. Crank this one up and rock out. Love it.
UNLIKE YOU has a bit of a country type music favor which is nice to hear and it shows the band has ability to play any type of music they want. Quite impressive, to say the least.
