Meet NEALE ECKSTEIN: Neale is making his musical dreams come true. He has spent his past 45 years as a pediatric dentist but always had the yearning to record his music.
In 2014, he recorded CLICK, his very first album in which he only sang one song it as recruited his talented friends on it to sing on all the other tracks. When he turned 75 he decided to put out his own full length album as he sings front and center with some help from his friends.
He had his bandmates, Fox Run Five, join him on this album. This 14 song double album was Produced and Mixed by Neale Eckstein and Matt Nakoa and Mastered by Jonathan Wyner. MASTERPIECE starts off this album with a laid back tone as the guitar strums quietly as his vocals reminds you a bit of Leonard Cohen with a whisper. The melody and lyrics will really hit home with you. A true masterpiece.
RED SWIVEL STOOL has a Bob Dylan type of feel as he tells his story of the old times he's seen. Supercool song. Check it out. DEVIL'S GATE brings a whole new tone to the album as the violin sounds so sweet as the best is solid and on the mark. The melody and lyrics once again are quite a highlight. I love it.
WHISPER IN THE DAWN has some superfine pickin' as you can feel him sing this song. You can actually feel this song as he sings away. WOW! STORMCHASER has a simple beat as Neale holds his own throughout this song as it has a bit of a haunting sound as he sings along. This song will take you to places you never been before. FALL FROM GRACE will sneak into your soul as the melody and lyrics tells it all. Listen close and you'll understand why. So, so sweet. MESSY BED brings this epic album to and end. One you have a taste of this album, you will never get enough of it. This album is titled just right, because it is truly a Masterpiece. I love it.
