VELVET ATTACK is a five piece band that hails from Dortmund, Germany. The band was formed in 2018, but they have all makings of the sound of '60's psychedelic artists and bands. They will definitely send out their own vibe to you and they hope you'll get into the groove.

THE DOUBLE CYLINDER MAN kicks off this album with some spacey sounds as the band kicks in with a superb rock melody and some cool lyrics. I must admit, this is truly a psychedelic band at its best.
HELLFIRE has a cool video to watch through this song and the band once again holds their own throughout the song and video. Check it out. YOU KNOW EVERYTHING BETTER has a feel of the early Kinks in this song as they have some great harmonies to hear in this song. This song is truly a gem. Very impressive.
I CANNOT SEE A FOREST WITHOUT TREES is a supercool song that reminds me a bit of The Strangelove's band. The beat is super solid from the start as you pound away at you. This song is quite a standout and will really grow on you. I love it.
DRINKIN' WATER PRAYIN' WINE brings this album to an end with a sweet sitar sound in the intro of the song and their harmonies once again are spot on. You have to really be into the psychedelic artists and bands of the past to really love this band. I like the fact that they have a groove of their own and they don't follow anyone.
