STEVE GARY is a Country/ Americana solo guitarist that hails from Nashville, Tennessee. Steve has performed with a full band at times and has 1500+ song list. He has performed with musical legends such as Chick Corea, Edgar Winter, Martha Reeves and other well known artists.
He, also, has three of his Novelty songs played on the Dr. Demento and one of his songs became #1 on his show last June. On this EP he has Karl D' Amico [Missing Persons] and Will Ray singing on his song, Things Change. This 4 song EP was Produced by David Bolger and Mixed and Mastered by Bruce Chianese.
THAT OLD HOUND DOG kicks off this EP with an excellent song with some sweet pickin' and a great melody and lyrics that will remind you of a Kenny Loggins song. The lyrics are superb and the melody could easily stay in your head. I love it.
THINGS CHANGE brings a whole level to his songs. The song reminds me a bit of Toby Keith [RIP] just a bit harder as the guitar playing is quite a stand out throughout the song. Turn this one up LOUD and rock out.
WHISKEY STRAIGHT UP is a superb country song with supercool lyrics. The melody is laid back and he just strums away as he sings his heart out. Check out these lyrics, you'll love it. I know I do.
