THE ZEDDS are a four piece rock alternative rock band that hails from Sheffield, England. There is no doubt, once you have a taste of their music you'll be wanting to hear more of them. I do like some of '60's/'70's in their songs.
The band members are: JAMES BRIGGS-Lead guitar, vocals; TONY HENLEY-Rhythm guitar, vocals; ADRIAN WARD-Bass and JAKE JACOBS-Drums. This 6 song EP was Mixed, Mastered. Produced by Tony Henley.
WHAT TOMORROW BRINGS, definitely, has that great British popish feel that reminds me of The Hollies in full blast gear. The main guitar riff alone is quite superb as this song could easily grow you. SLEEP starts out with an acoustic guitar intro as the band soon kicks in. As the story he tells about what it's like trying to get some sleep. This song has a great melody and super lyrics. Check it out.
I DON'T CARE reminds me of the British Christian band, Kato, with their intro. The melody has a feel of George Harrison's, "Isn't It Pity". The song is quite impressive, to say the least. I love this one.
ONLY THE GOOD DIE YOUNG takes a different turn as they rock out. This guitar riff is great as their song reminds me of the early Beatles. What I love about this band, you can , actually. feel their music and their music is something you could relate to.
I see a lot coming from this band in the very near future. I want to give TONY A BIG THANK YOU for being in touch. I'd like to mention, you can find a lot more of their music on you tube. You can find them on: Soundcloud, Facebook, Deezer, Pandora. Apple Music and other sites. ROCK ON, JIM ALLFORD [STEEL NOTES MAGAZINE.]
