Meet DURTI3GOOS3 which hails from Charlottesville, Va.Raymond has been through hardship and resilience at an early age and found his heart and soul in hip hop. He has been through quite a few mental health challenges which lead him to his meaning to hip hop music.
He was influenced by many hip hop bands and artists such as A Tribe Name Quest, Onyx, MF Doom, Apathy and several others. Even though he was living like a 21 year old he was only 15 and when he was 11 he had to deal with his mother's battle with brain cancer.
His music was Produced by Packrat and Engineered by Tone DaGifted. TRIBAL has quite an intriguing intro which seems like it's in slow motion and then he kicks in with some amazing lyrics, but you have to listen close to get the grip of the song. I really find it pretty cool.
EVERYTHING IS EVERYTHING features Tone DaGifted which has some very interesting lyrics which you wouldn't expect to hear. Check it out. PROBLEMS has the lyrics included in this song which is a treat to see, because it shows what's in his thoughts and you might even be able to relate to it.
PUPPET STRINGS should tell you enough from the title. One again the lyrics are quite a highlight to all his hip hop songs. I think he will definitely leave a big mark in the hip hop world.
